This is a test of your tolerance for intimacy. How long can you look into another person’s eyes? How long can you be touched or touch someone else?
When we get stressed out, upset or insecure we feel threatened and closed off. Then we back off which can cause a ripple effect of isolation, alienation, loneliness, despair and even to the point of suicide.
Relaxing your nervous system requires breath work. It involves summing up our deepest inner power to tolerate and hold space for chaos. By forgiving, accepting and respecting ourselves and others for anger and dissapointment and not running out and taking off.
Tune into your heart. See with your heart, feel with your heart. Open up and sense the truth.
