Introducing the Wellness Inventory

The Wellness Inventory is a comprehensive personal development program.  It is a whole-person approach that sparks deep self-exploration so that you understand how your behavior impacts those things, and how all dimensions of your life interact to impact your total health and wellness – mind, body, and spirit.

Dr. John W. Travis decided that rather than treating sick people, he would dedicate his life to inspiring people to be well. He created a breakthrough wellness model, the Illness-Wellness Continuum. The wellness paradigm encourages people, wherever they are on the continuum, to continually move toward high-level wellness – tracking, rebalancing, and improving all 12 dimensions.

The Wellness Inventory is a self-directed program that is supported with live and phone coaching.  It is used for individuals, workplace wellness and, recommended by the Global Wellness Institute for wellness centers.
